Privacy Policy

1. Data controller

This policy describes how personal data is processed in connection with the Hoolder browser extension (the "Extension"), published by WWCD. For any question, contact us at support@wwcd.fr.

2. Data we collect

  • Account: when you create an account, your email address and password (or, if you sign in with Google, your email address and name). Authentication is handled by Google Firebase.
  • Subscription and payment: payments are processed by our provider Stripe (payment method, billing email). We only keep your subscription status (trial, active, canceled) and a customer identifier. We never have access to your card details.
  • Analytics: usage events (checkout opened, account created…) and a measurement identifier (client_id) are processed through Google Analytics. This identifier is read, at install time, from a cookie present on our own websites.
  • Technical diagnostics: in case of an error, technical information is sent to our monitoring tool Sentry to keep the service running properly.
  • Local storage: your preferences (language), your session and your subscription status are stored locally on your device and never leave your browser.
  • Game cards you enter: the cards you enter are processed locally in your browser for the calculation. They are neither transmitted nor stored.

3. How we use the data

We use this data to: create and manage your account, authenticate you, provide the calculation service, manage your subscription and payments, provide support, measure and improve usage of the Extension, and ensure its security.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell your data. It may be shared only with the processors necessary to run the service: Google Firebase (authentication, database), Stripe (payment), Google Analytics (analytics) and Sentry (error monitoring). We may also disclose data where required by law.

5. Retention

Your data is kept for as long as your account is active, then deleted or anonymized, subject to legal retention periods (in particular accounting and tax).

6. Your rights

In accordance with applicable law (in particular the GDPR), you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability regarding your data. To exercise them, contact us at support@wwcd.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.

7. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. Authentication and passwords are managed by Google Firebase; payments are secured by Stripe.

8. Cookies

At install time, the Extension reads an analytics cookie (client_id) present on our own websites in order to attribute the installation to its source. The Extension itself does not set advertising cookies.

9. Changes

We may modify this policy at any time. The applicable version is the one published on this page, with its update date shown at the top.

10. Contact
